Dr. Jordan Backstrom PT
Backstrom Physical Therapy was founded in 2018 by Jordan Backstrom who received his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Mary in 2014. Jordan grew up on a farm by Maddock, ND and attended undergrad at Valley City State University where he double majored in health science and biology before continuing on to the University of Mary. Jordan completed several clinical rotations at outpatient clinics in North Dakota and Minnesota as well as a Sports Medicine elective during his Doctoral Education. Dr. Backstrom has been providing Physical Therapy services in Rugby, ND since 2014.
Jordan's wife, Heidi is a Physical Education teacher at Ely Elementary in Rugby, ND. They have 4 children Timothy, Elizabeth, Olivia and Theodore.
Pat Ferguson - Office Manager
Pat and her husband Lennie live on a farmstead near Balta, ND. She calls it "our hobby farm". Her grandkids love coming to the farm to see all the different animals.
Pat has two children: Rodney and Heather. Rodney lives in Rugby, ND and Heather lives in Salol, MN. They love being with their kids, our grandchildren.
She loves to read, watch TV and go out for coffee with friends.
